I don't get it, what exactly do you do?
We search for cheap international flight deals and send them out to our subscribers. No strings, no catches, no referral fees/commissions, no pushing credit card advertisements, etc. No spam.
Why do you do this?
We love traveling, and we love saving money. When searching for vacation options, we tried many cheap-deal finding services. Few were helpful. We also found many deals that none of the services sent out!
We set out to fix this, and we think we have.
Can't I just set up a flight alert (Google Flights, Kayak, etc.) and get the same deals?
You absolutely can. Flight alerts on Google Flights, Kayak, and others work pretty well if you know exactly where you want to go, and when you want to go. However:
You’ll need to set up each alert in advance and know where you want to go. Sometimes there is a great deal to a smaller city in a country that you might not have originally thought about (such as ~$500 roundtrip to Palermo, on the island of Sicily).
We think our services finds far more deals, for much less work.
Why should I use your service? Isn't this just like [other flight alert serivce]?
There are a number of similar services. However, we find and send out more deals than anyone else. That is the only thing we do, and we are really good at it. We think you’ll agree. That’s why we give a full refund if you try us and cancel within 30 days.
If you send out so many deals, are they actually good deals?
Yes, they are all good deals! That said, different people want different things. Some people like long layovers (which allow them to see another city on their trip), and some people want short layovers to maximize the time at their destination. We also look for deals to smaller cities in other countries, which most services ignore.
Is my payment/credit card secure?
Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing over a secure connection. Your payment information is never sent to our servers.
Is this free?
Our free option is free, and it’s pretty great. Our premium membership is even better (it allows flexibility and customization of preferences). You can see our pricing here.
Are you going to send me spam?
Never. We hate spam. We'll only send you flight deals. On rare occasions, we’ll send you updates when we add significant new features.
Do you send out deals for domestic flights?
Not at this time.
Do you send out deals originating from other countries (such as flights from Canada or Europe?)
Not at this time.
Do you send out deals to Hawaii?
Defintely! We find a lot of great deals to Hawaii!
What about business / first class deals?
We occasionally send out business and first class deals, but we find that they are not very common. Most of the deals we send out are for economy tickets.
Which airports do you have deals from?
We currently find deals from 116 different airports in the USA.
Can I choose which airport I want to see deals from?
Free members can select their departure region. Premium members can select individual airports.
How many deals will you send me?
We try to send out 1-3 deals per week for our free members. For our Premium members, we send every deal that matches their airport preference. The big hubs have more deals.
Are the deals real/legitimate?
Definitely! We provide links to reputable sites so you can see different dates for the deals, and complete the bookings (typically directly through the airline websites).
You said the deal was available, but I can't find it!
The deals at the price we send out are available when we send them out (we verify each deal). However, flight prices and availability are constantly changing, and we have no control over when these change (it could be 5 minutes after we send out an email). We suggest you book as soon as possible to ensure you can take advantage of a deal.
Can you help me find a flight from X to Y on this specific date?
Unfortunately, no. For our Premium members, we send out all the deals we find as soon as we find them. If you have a very specific travel need, using a travel agent can be a good option.
Are these only last minute deals?
No, these deals are typically for anywhere from 1-12 months in the future.
What is your refund policy?
Our policy is to refund all payment for first-time Premium members who cancel within 30 days.
How do I cancel/get a refund?
We believe cancelling should be as easy as joining. You can cancel with the click of a button. There is no need to email us, or wait for processing.
For Premium members, log into your account, go to Billing, and click the cancel button.
For free members, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Why do I see cities that I didn't select in my emails?
Sometimes we find a deal covering multiple cities, so we send those along in the same email. If a deal doesn't include any of your departure cities, it won't be sent to you.
